How do I receive my book? As soon as your payment is confirmed the book appears in My Library here on the site, ready to read.

How do I get into My Library? When you pay you choose a password. Later tap "Sign in" and enter your phone number and that password. If you forget it, message us on WhatsApp from the number you bought with.

On how many devices can I read? One account works on two devices. Signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one.

How do I read it? The books are read here on the site, on a phone, computer or tablet. Every book has search inside it — type your dream, for example "lion", and you go straight to it.

Can I download the book? No. The books are read online only. This protects the author's work.

How long do I keep it? For good. Once you have paid, the book stays in your library.

How can I pay? By mobile money: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas or HaloPesa. Every book is priced and charged in Tanzanian shillings (TZS), wherever you are.

I paid but did not receive my book. What should I do? Keep your order reference and contact us. We will sort it out straight away.
